West 8's Design Approved for the Park at Essex Crossing in New York

On Thursday November 13th, Manhattan’s Community Board 3 Parks Committee approved the design for the Park at Essex Crossing.
West 8 presented the updated plans for the 15,000 square foot park, alongside representatives from Delancey Street Associates, the developer for the 1.9 million square foot Essex Crossing Mixed-use Development.
The presentation to Community Board 3 was the culmination of a year of community outreach in the Seward Park neighborhood. Input from workshops, postcard campaigns and town hall meetings has been directly integrated into the final design of the Park.
