A closer look at the Millennium Mills, London
06-06-2016The Docklands’ iconic Millennium Mills is being transformed for the 21st century. The visionary scheme by Fletcher Priest, AHMM, West 8, Benoy & Feilden Clegg Bradley will transform this 11-story former flour mill into a host of flexible city units supported by a thriving community. The mill closed in the early 1980s, along with most other industry in the Royal Docks. It has remained derelict ever since. This interview with Ms Oboh, Marketing Director of Silvertown Partnership, offers a closer look into the regeneration project.
