With Saint Petersburg’s New Holland Island scheduled publicly reopen in August 2016, the first phase of West 8's landscape master plan is fast becoming a reality. The 2.2 hectare public open space will feature more than 200 full-grown trees that will become the island's green” lungs. Planting and renovations to the historic buildings are well underway.
